Given the current South African socio-political/policy landscape, large companies’ B-BBEE contributor levels will no longer be a sufficient indicator of success with respect to B-BBEE/Transformation. A company’s B-BBEE contributor level will only address compliance as a minimum hurdle. Diversifi aims to provide an executive-level overview of your transformation journey based on different elements in relation to transformation and B-BBEE and will look beyond pure compliance. Although transformation should not be reduced to a scorecard, guidance is taken from the Codes of Good Practice to structure the story.
Transformation Strategy Implementation Support
Diversifi has developed a programme that supports organisations’ Transformation strategy implementation.
The programme is designed to support your organisation throughout the implementation of a Transformation/B-BBEE strategy and action plans. The programme does not replace the Transformation Manager but supports your organisation to ensure that the objectives are met.
The implementation process will be project managed through regular meetings of the transformation team or steering committee. A fixed agenda will ensure that the progress of all actions per element is reviewed and that any immediate actions are allocated to the responsible parties.
Implementation could typically also involve meeting with potential solution providers, briefing, scoping and negotiating engagement and contracts, monitoring implementation progress and ensuring that contributions and initiatives are implemented and that required evidencing documentation is produced.
