PPRA Property Sector Code Webinar

The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) recently issued a notice to all Principal Property Practitioners reminding them that in terms of the Property Practitioners Act, 22 of 2019, the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority may not issue a fidelity fund certificate to any person who is not in possession of a valid Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) certificate.
