Diversifi is inviting Transformation managers, DE&I Specialists, and HR managers who hold DE&I portfolios in their organisations.

This is an opportunity to join a small group of passionate individuals navigating the challenges of accelerating and embedding DE&I at our organisations.

Open and honest conversations are not easy, especially at work. Fear that we will “mess it up”, say the wrong thing or offend someone holds us back from engaging with others on topics that are likely to stir emotions or challenge the status quo. However, authentic conversations are the building blocks of understanding, trust, empathy,
connection and strong relationships. All of which are necessary for effective teams and happy, thriving organisations.

These conversations will only happen in an environment that has been deemed safe…where individuals are motivated to show
up for themselves and their colleagues, where they choose courage over comfort, where they feel valued and where there is a willingness, appreciation and security for difficult conversations.

Join us as we share with you tools and techniques to create safe and brave spaces, as well as how to lead, facilitate and hold courageous conversations.

We welcome those that are already championing DE&I and those that would like to gain some skills to become DE&I champions..
