B-BBEE Legal Sector Code Webinar & Service Offerings

The Legal Sector Codes were gazetted on 20 September 2024 and are effective immediately. Attorneys generating less than R5 million annual revenue (advocates, less than R3 million) qualify as an Exempted Legal Entity, however, the Legal Sector Scorecard applies to attorneys generating more than R5 million annual revenue (advocates, more than R3 million). Diversifi will host a webinar on Thursday 10 October at 10:00 during which the Legal Sector Codes will be presented and clarified.
